We take great care to ensure your painting is packed to ensure it arrives safe and sound direct to your door.
Packing Materials
We use a variety of materials and protective measures when packing your picture for shipment, dependent upon the size of the painting and painting material. Your painting will firstly be enclosed in a MDPE Poly Bag, forming a protective layer against moisture, and external damage.Then packed with protective layer(s) of corrugated cardboard. All edges will be sealed with layered shrinkwrap to reject moisture of any kind.
Packing/Shipping
We will pack and ship your picture typically within 5 business days of receipt of payment. If there is any impediment to this timetable we will advise you by email to the address you supply.
Shipping
We use Australia Post and other international couriers to ship your picture. Details of shipment - together with a tracking number - will be advised, after your order is dispatched. Within Australia & New Zealand delivery is typically 5 - 8 business days, depending on your location. Shipping to international destinations will likely take longer - based upon the day of week dispatched and your global location as to time. Typical deliveries to date have been 8 - 15 business days from dispatch.
Picture Sizes
Small picture = less than 400mm any dimension
Medium picture = more than 400mm, less than 600mm any dimension
Large picture = more than 600mm, less than 1metre any dimension
Xtra large picture = above 1 metre any dimension
